Anthropic has launched Claude for Small Business, a package of connectors and ready-to-run workflows intended to bring Claude into common small-business tools.
The announcement mentions integrations with Intuit QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva, Docusign, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365, along with workflows for finance, operations, sales, marketing, HR, and customer service.
Why It Matters
Small businesses often have the same administrative burden as larger companies but with fewer staff and less process support. AI workflows connected to real systems can help with tasks such as invoice chasing, campaign preparation, month-end work, and customer follow-up.
